Homeschool Online College?

I posted over at Bubblews what I know so far of this online homeschool college thing. I mean, online college has been around for a while, but Western Governor's is heading into new territory. Can you imagine not having to take 4 math classes to complete a Language Arts degree? And moving on when you have mastered the material instead of finishing an entire semester?
